Do not worry, if you have this problem, you can contact us and we will provide you with different solutions, your satisfaction is our priority.
You can always send us a photo to our customer service via email, WhatsApp or social networks and we will respond for the error.
For most items sold at the Hardware Collection, you can return items you receive damaged for a refund or replacement within 30 days of delivery of your order.
