When will I receive my refund?
Upon delivery and processing of your return package, the payment amount will be issued to the original payment method used after placing the order. This can take 3-5 business days after our inspection team has returned the items to inventory and warehouse.
Remember that your bank may take 15 business days or up to two billing cycles to reflect the refund on your account statement.
