Shipping Policy
GENERAL INFORMATION
- We offer shipping on all our products. Tracked shipping is available at checkout or you can contact our customer service and we will be happy to assist you.
- All orders are shipped directly from the warehouses where we work after 24-72 hours of placing the order. Please note that we have a considerable number of orders per day, which is why we are constantly changing to improve our order and shipping processing times.
- We process orders at 1:00 pm CENTRAL TIME.
- Estimated shipping time begins once your order ships. You can trust Hardware Collection to ship your order, and if you have any problems we will be happy to resolve them.
- Please note that we cannot make any changes or cancellations once an order has been placed after 1:00 pm CENTRAL TIME, as our warehouse has standardized processes to provide you with the best possible service and delivery times.
- We do not ship on weekends, as our warehouses work until Friday. If you make a purchase on Friday after 1:00 pm CENTRAL TIME, Saturday or Sunday we will ship the order on Tuesday or Wednesday. Currently, we are optimizing our internal processes to improve our logistics and fulfill your purchase.

- International Shipping (4-6 weeks)
LATE OR LOST ORDERS
If your order is lost or there are no movements in the last 10 business days, we can make a replacement totally free on certain products. Contact us to offer you a solution.
When placing your order, please be sure to specify the correct delivery address, as HARDWARE COLLECTION SA DE CV is not responsible for missing packages that have been sent to the wrong address or if you are asked to leave with a neighbor or building exhibit.
Any order discrepancies relating to missing/incorrect/damaged and/or missing items must be reported to us in writing via email at support@hardwarecollectionofficial.com and we will gladly replace the item for you once validated and for manufacturing defects.
INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY
Some of our products can be shipped internationally such as:
- North & Central America: Mexico, Belize, Costa Rica, El Salvador, Guatemala, Honduras, Nicaragua
- Caribbean: Barbados, Cayman Islands, Dominican Republic, Grenada, Haiti, Trinidad and Tobago, Puerto Rico, British Isles, Caribbean Sea Islands, French Islands, Jamaica
- South America: Colombia, Ecuador, Guyana, Panama, Peru, Venezuela, Suriname
Currently, we are working to ship internationally on all of our products.

Some of our products are imported internationally and import times can range from:

Imported products must go through a customs review process and this may cause your order to be delayed in its delivery date. We will notify you if you have any problem or customs restriction.
