Shipping Policy

GENERAL INFORMATION

  • We offer free shipping on all our products. Trackable shipping is available at checkout, or you can contact our customer service team and we'll be happy to assist you.
  • All orders are shipped directly from our warehouses within 24-72 hours of placing the order. Please note that we process a significant amount of orders per day, so we are constantly changing our order processing and shipping times to improve.
  • We process orders at 1:00 pm CENTRAL TIME.
  • The estimated shipping time begins once your order is shipped. You can trust Hardware Collection to deliver your order, and if you have any problems, we'll be happy to resolve them.
  • Please note that we are unable to make any changes or cancellations once an order has been placed after 1:00 pm Central Time, due to our warehouse's standardized processes to provide you with the best possible service and delivery times.
  • We do not ship on weekends, as our warehouses are open until Friday. If you place a purchase on Friday after 1:00 pm Central Time, we will ship your order on Saturday or Sunday on Tuesday or Wednesday. We are currently optimizing our internal processes to improve our logistics and fulfill your purchase.

LATE OR LOST ORDERS

If your order is lost or hasn't been tracked in the last 10 business days, we can replace it completely free of charge on certain products. Contact us and we'll offer a solution.

When placing your order, please ensure you specify the correct delivery address, as HARDWARE COLLECTION SA DE CV is not responsible for missing packages that have been sent to the wrong address or if you are asked to leave with a neighbor or an outbuilding.

Any order discrepancies related to missing/incorrect/damaged and/or lost items must be reported to us in writing via email at support@hardwarecollectionofficial.com and we will gladly replace the item for you once validated and for manufacturing defects.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Some of our products can be shipped internationally such as:

  • North America & Central America: Mexico, Belize, Costa Rica, El Salvador, Guatemala, Honduras, Nicaragua
  • Caribbean: Barbados, Cayman Islands, Dominican Republic, Grenada, Haiti, Trinidad and Tobago, Puerto Rico, British Isles, Caribbean Sea Islands, French Polynesia, Jamaica
  • South America: Colombia, Ecuador, Guyana, Panama, Peru, Venezuela, Suriname

    We are currently working to accommodate international shipping for all of our products.

    IMPORTS

    Some of our products are imported internationally and import times can range from:

    • FritsJurgens 4.0 to 5.0 weeks
    • Athmer 4.0 to 4.5 weeks
    • SIMONSWERK 5.0 to 6.0 weeks
    • HCW 12.0 to 13.0 weeks

    Imported products must go through a customs inspection process, which may cause your order to be delayed. We will notify you if there are any issues or customs restrictions.
