Refund Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition you received it, unused or with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us by email or WhatsApp and our customer service will be happy to assist you and solve your problems. If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items shipped to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

In the event that the company has sent an incorrect item, we will gladly answer for the return guide charge. In the event that the client has changed his mind and wants to return the item, the charge for the return guide will be at his expense.

DAMAGE AND PROBLEMS

Please inspect your order at the front desk and contact us immediately if the item is faulty, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so we can assess the problem and correct it.

EXCEPTIONS / ITEMS NOT RETURNED

Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable items (like food, flowers, or plants), personalized items (like special orders or custom items), and personal care items (like beauty products). We also do not accept returns of hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns on clearance items, outlets, or gift cards.

EXCHANGES

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

REFUNDS

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know whether or not the refund has been approved. If approved, you will automatically be refunded to your original payment method. Remember that it may take a while for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund as well.
